A town that stands perfectly for the second America. Financial crisis, unemployment and extreme poverty – just next to the rich illusion of an industrial nation.
But Baltimore has music in it’s soul! And Tim Moreau has this music in his soul, too. The graduate documentarian and VJ wants to make a documentary on Baltimore’s club scene and the music straight from the ghetto that we call “Baltimore” or “Bmore”. The sample based sound was pushed by guys like Scottie B, Diamond K and others. So Tim Moreau, known as one of Paris most active VJs, started a project on Ulule to finance his documentary until 19th of december.
